Privacy Policy

The short version

This site collects the information you type into its forms, plus standard, aggregate analytics on how the site is used. It does not sell your information, and the location feature works entirely inside your browser and never sends your position anywhere.

What the forms collect

  • The exposure report tool on the Compliance Map collects your work email address and the rooftop entries you add: an optional rooftop name, a ZIP code, and the state that ZIP resolves to. We use this to generate your report, send you a copy, and follow up about Argus 360.
  • The contact form collects your name, email address, and whatever you choose to write, and we use it to reply to you.
  • The field brief form collects your work email address, and we use it to send the brief and follow up.

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, and delivered to AI Assist, Inc. inboxes. Like most hosts, Netlify keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address and the pages you request.

The location feature

The "Use my location" buttons ask your browser for your position, with your permission, solely to identify which state you are in. That lookup runs entirely in your browser against a local boundary file. Your coordinates are never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and they are not stored.

ZIP code entry

ZIP codes you type are matched to a state inside your browser using a built-in prefix table. Nothing is sent anywhere until you submit a form, and the only ZIP codes we receive are the ones included in a report you ask us to generate.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed, how long a visit lasts, and general device, browser, and approximate location information derived from IP address. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. It does not receive the contents of anything you type into a form on this site. You can see Google's own privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics in your browser using Google's opt-out add-on.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
  • We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. This is a business site.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and to operate the business. If you want your information corrected or deleted, email us and we will take care of it.
