$4 million stipulated final order for consumer redress, entered against the dealership, its owners, and its managers. Complaint filed January 4, 2024. Order signed August 19, 2026 by Judge Vernon D. Oliver and docketed August 20, 2026 (Dkt. 284). The complaint alleged charges to certify vehicles already advertised as certified pre-owned, add-ons such as total loss protection placed in financing agreements without consent, and government charges above the actual amount. The order requires the maximum total price as the most prominently displayed item, excluding only required government charges, and express, informed consent for every charge before it appears in a financing agreement. Payment: $2 million within 7 days, then $1 million at 5 months and $1 million at 10 months.
